Preparation Instructions

1. Boil 1 part herbs in 6 parts water, covered, for 20 minutes.
2. Turn off the heat, add nettle and peppermint, and steep for an additional 10 minutes.
3. Strain the herbs and refrigerate. It is recommended to prepare enough for 2-3 days.
4. Drink 3-6 cups, hot or cold, throughout the day.
